Admissions

Beginning The Journey

Take the next steps by verifying your insurance below or giving us a call.

Assessment

After you contact us, our staff will talk to you about your presenting concerns. We want to ensure that we can provide the type of service that you need. And, if we can’t, we hope to guide you in the right direction. We will ask you questions about your substance use, history of treatment, support systems, and knowledge of any co-occurring disorders. Once we get this information, we can begin to talk about treatment options, and how we can best help you.

Approval

After that, we can talk about financing and costs. Since substance abuse and mental health treatment is considered an essential health benefit under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), many insurance companies cover some, all, or most of the costs. However, even if your insurance provider doesn’t cover all of the costs, we can offer financing and other programs to lower your out-of-pocket expenses.

Admission

Once the assessment and approval process has been completed, our compassionate admissions coordinators will ensure that your treatment starts off on the right foot. Our administrative team works with our clinical staff to develop a customized treatment plan to address physical concerns, emotional concerns, and medical concerns. Our staff will be prepared for your arrival and help guide you through treatment.

    Take The First Step Now

The first step in recovery—reaching out for help—is one of the hardest parts. In fact, many people who need help don’t get it. According to the 2020 National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH), 14.9% of people aged 12 and older (41.1 million people) needed substance abuse treatment in the past year. However, only 1.4% (4.0 million people) received any type of treatment for substance abuse. This means that an overwhelming majority of those who need services are not getting them.

At Chattanooga Detox Center, we aim to change these statistics and get more people the help that they deserve. Common barriers to treatment according to the 2020 NSDUH include costs, shame, or not finding adequate treatment facilities. That is why we offer the following at our treatment center:
